2021 Nissan Sentra

What's New for the 2021 Nissan Sentra?

The 2021 Nissan Sentra belongs to the sedan's latest generation, which is the eighth generation that started in 2020. In 2021, the Nissan Sentra gets a few updates to make your outings more connected and entertaining. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are now included as base-level features for the Sentra. A WiFi hotspot is added as an option for the top trim level, and you have more remote services available on select trim levels. The Sentra still has a relatively fresh appearance following a design update in 2020, and it also has a well-appointed, high-quality interior with premium materials and advanced technology.

2021 Nissan Sentra Comes With an Amazing Array of Features

Three trim levels are available for the Nissan Sentra in 2021. The base model is called the S. With the base trim comes an infotainment system with a seven-inch display screen. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are now both included across the lineup. Other highlights of the S are a four-speaker stereo system and a height-adjustable driver's seat. The next trim in the Sentra lineup is the SV. Some notable upgrades are added to the second Sentra trim, including a slightly larger eight-inch infotainment display screen. Dual-zone climate control is another added convenience. Keyless entry is standard beginning at this trim level, and the sound system adds two additional speakers for a total of six. More USB ports facilitate device charging, while a leather-wrapped steering wheel gives the cabin an upscale feel. The top trim level is the SR. With this trim, you will get a sunroof, premium Bose sound system, and a heated steering wheel along with all the features included on the lower-level Sentra trims. Nissan also adds its connectivity services to the SR that includes a WiFi hotspot.

Power and performance are the same across the 2021 Nissan Sentra lineup. All three Sentra trims share a four-cylinder engine with a maximum power output of 149 HP. The Nissan's engine is paired to a CVT automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is the standard drivetrain with the Nissan Sentra in 2021.

Nissan Sentra Safety at the Forefront

Multiple advanced safety aids are included with the 2021 Nissan Sentra. The base safety package provides you with forward-collision mitigation, a blind-spot monitoring system, and a lane-departure warning. Adaptive cruise control is added to the second trim level, and the SR gets a surround-view parking camera as well.
