What's New For the 2019 Nissan Titan

After the release of the Nissan Titan during its 2004 model year , this full-size truck quickly gained positive attention from drivers. The truck has earned a deserved reputation for delivering exceptional on-the-road performance results, for having undeniable style and for being well-equipped throughout the exterior and interior. After a major overhaul with the second generation that was released in 2016, only minor updates have been completed on the Titan since that time. This year's improvements include an enlarged color display screen for the infotainment system as well as the ability to add a Fender audio system to your truck as an upgrade.

Six Trims with an Abundance of Features

Truck buyers have varying needs for cabin space, interior features, towing capabilities and more, and Nissan has designed six trims for 2019 to meet various needs. The 2019 Nissan Titan trims include the S, the SV, the SL, the Pro-4X, the Midnight Edition, and the Platinum Reserve. For further customization, you can select a king, crew or single cab design. Each trim has been beautifully designed with quality materials as well as numerous features.

These include Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a sound system, a navigation system, an infotainment system with a full-color display screen, USB ports, HD radio, a push-button starter, wireless headphones with a rear entertainment system, remote keyless entry, power one-touch windows, power speed-sensing door locks, SiriusXM satellite radio, mounted controls for cruise control and sound, Bluetooth connectivity and several other features. Lower Titan trims have standard cloth interior with manual front seat adjustments, and superior trim levels come with leather interior and powered front seats. For detailed information about standard equipment in each trim, contact our Nissan sales staff.

Power & Performance is Robust

2019 Nissan Titan Exterior FrontFrom towing and hauling to commuting through town in style, the 2019 Nissan Titan's power requires a closer look. Multiple powertrains are available, and these vary based on the trim selected. A 5.6-liter, V8 engine that uses unleaded gas is one of several options that today's truck buyers can choose from. This is a powerful engine that can deliver 390 horsepower and 395 pounds-feet for torque. This and other powertrains are combined with an automatic transmission, rear-wheel drive, electronic brakeforce distribution, VVEL technology, hill start assist, an independent front double-wishbone suspension, rear and front vented disc brakes, a rear independent multi-leaf suspension, rear and front stabilization bars, iridium-tipped spark plugs, and anti-locking brakes. During your visit to the dealership, you can test each powertrain that you are interested in.

Nissan Titan Safety Features

The driver will receive an alert when a rear door opens, and this promotes the safety of children and pets in the back row. Some of the many items that carry on from last year's model include 3-point safety seatbelts with load limiters, front seatbelt pretensioners, front and rear crumple zones, an energy-absorbing steering column, side door steel guard beams, a TPMS, side and front airbags with supplemental airbags, a curtain airbag with a rollover sensor, traction management, stability control, a blind spot monitor, child safety LATCH equipment in the second row, active brake limited slip, hood buckling creases, a rear cross-traffic alert, trailer sway control and several other thoughtful features.
