I wanted to take the time and send you an email to let you know about the service I received at Nissan of McKinney.  I bought my car from another dealership and I usually go there, but I was out in the McKinney area and decided to get serviced there.  I was provided excellent customer service from Vernon and because of the interaction with him, I will continue to bring my car there.  Thanks and keep up the good work.  We need more companies that provide customer service like this.  Thank you,

Good afternoon Larry,

I hope this finds you well today. I just wanted to take a moment to tell youhow fantastic Edgar Mendoza has been to work with! From the first test drive to the vehicle purchase, we could not have asked for a better experience.

Personally, as a female, I've been shown more vanity mirrors and cups holders than I've ever cared to see while trying to purchase a vehicle. It seems to most sales people that this is what matters most to a female. While the vehicle is for my husband primarily this is still our purchase. It's been an interesting experience at other dealerships and my husband and I have walked out of more than a few because we just didn't feel comfortable with the individuals assisting us.  It was a completely different situation with Edgar. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the Xterra (our vehicle of choice) and made us truly feel as if we were his only customer. The personal attention and kindness he showed made all the difference in the world, not to mention his wonderful attitude. There are multiple Nissan dealerships out there and he is the main reason we chose to purchase our vehicle from yours.

My husband and I are both in Sales and we greatly appreciate being treated the same way we treat out clients - with kindness, respect, and that willingness to go the extra mile to make sure your customers are happy. You have a true superstar on your hands!

I wated to take a minute to let you know that your sales associate, JP Kessee, made the buying experience of my new Nissan Cube very pleasurable. He was very professional, courteous, and answered all my questions thoroughly.  I have to tell you that I was very impressed with him over all.

I am a District Sales Manager, for a Biotech company and I wanted to let you know that JP "Exceeded All My Expectations" in buy this car.  I was very impressed with his selling style, and his ability to communicate all the features and benefits of the Cube and your dealership.  He closed me, and I bought the car.

We have now been driving the car for about a month and I understand why I see so many Nissans on the road today. Again, I wanted to say thank you JP. You did an excellent job and I will be back to buy another Nissan in the future.

In my last 10 years in the US, I have bought or leased around 7 new vehicles from different makers. Recently my wife and I decided to move away from our gas-guzzling Hummer H3, and we were considering Nissan's Murano. We were pleasantly surprised with the outstanding customer service - and the best buying experience of all - that we received at the "Nissan of McKinney" dealership, in particular due to the exceptional work of Jonathon Clayton- the sales associate that helped us.

We ended up leasing the Rogue, mainly because of price, and even after the purchase the team from Nissan of McKinney has been extremely helpful and caring.

This is type of customer service is not something that we see these times very often, so I would like to once again congratulate the Nissan Group for your product, and Nissan of McKinney management team and Jonathon Clayton for their services.

The professionalism by all staff was extraordinary. I felt like I was treated like a Queen rather than a carcass being fed upon by vultures like at most dealerships. Buying a car was easy due to the training and excellent customer service. When a person buys a new vehicle, they are making an important financial decision which is stressful enough without the "usual" car salesman tactics. I felt like my purchase of a Versa was just as important as your most expensive "clients." Other salespeople even congratulated me! I feel like I have a "friend"  in Jonathon. He is also knowledgable about the area & gave ideas on where to eat lunch and driving directions.

I had to have my kids with me which is even more stressful, Jonathon & the staff helped ease that by making them part of the experience and the WikiStix and toy car was a great bonus! When  I walked into other dealerships I felt like "great, a woman with kids" you "deal with her!" Again, I never felt like that with Jonathon. Due to the great customer service and professionalism of your staff - I am a HUGE Nissan of McKinney FAN!

The new buyer  Steak dinner was fantastic. The owner's speech was informative - all the things the dealership does for the community  - is another reason I like the dealership. The door prizes were great and fun! I liked looking under the cars and the mechanics were there to answer questions. The owner was even there answering questions. I also liked the detonation of the airbag. I will never forget that experience! The entire staff seemed to be there and pulled more chairs and tables - no one had to wait or ask - they saw a need and filled it! They also helped "seat" people which was great because people feel uncomfortable intruding on other people to sit with them. It is part of that feeling like being treated like royalty. I felt like I was somebody that your staff was fussing over to make the experience special.

The service department is unparalleled - staff greets you at the car and opens the doors for you and helps you get out of your car! My husband doesn't even do that! They walk you through everything step by step. You don't feel like you are being a pain and interrupting their day. It's like everyone is glad to be there to help! When your car is done someone gets it for you and brings it to you! Wow! Thanks for the GREAT experience.

I hope this message finds you well. I want to take a moment to let you know about my experience with Nissan of McKinney. My wife and I returned home last night with a 2009 Nissan Rogue and I understand that you would welcome customer feedback.

In the last 6 years, I've bought 4 cars. In 2003 I bought an '02 Ford Explorer Sport Trac from Brian Barcalow from the used car lot at Peltier Nissan in Tyler, Tx. In 2005 I bought an '03 Mitsubishi Galant from Bob Cowan at Huffines in Plano. In 2006 I bought an '04 Chrysler Pacifica from Izzy Barrera from Huffines in Lewisville. And in the summer of 2007, I bought an 'as Dodge Ram 1500 from Howard Carey of Dallas Dodge. Now, I'm 25 years old and I suspect that as I continue to buy more cars in my lifetime, I won't be able to remember these details, and certainly not the names of each salesman with whom I conducted the transaction. However, I can add one more name to that list and it's certainly one that I KNOW I will not forget: James "JP" Kessee.

JP was exceptional. There aren't enough superlatives to describe the manner in which he sought to deliver a level of customer service that people rarely see in what many consider to be a "cut-throat" industry. My wife initially attempted to get a new car a few weeks ago, but I wasn't satisfied with the deal (however, she was). But yesterday JP called with an opportunity (impressed that he kept us in mind and followed-up) for us to achieve and obtain what we wanted, and upon returning to the dealership, we were treated as family - he even introduced us as "family" as he gave us a tour of the facility. I appreciate his honesty and attentiveness to our needs. We are beyond satisfied with our experience and my wife's new car. To say we are "satisfied" would be a huge  understatement. We're elated.

JP is easily the singular reason that I WILL return to Nissan of McKinney in the next year or so when I'm ready to trade my truck in. As long as people like JP are employed by Nissan of McKinney, we'll continue to bring our business back and refer all of our friends to a place where they put people first and understand that everything else will follow.

On Tuesday I brought my Rogue in for the second time to be serviced (routine oil change and tire rotation). As I needed to wait for the service to be competed, I greatly appreciated the prompt and efficient service I received (not to mention the excellent coffee and bagelsl). The car wash was a bonus-even a mark on the dash that I had notbeen able to get off was gone!
