Specs at a Glance
No matter which trim you pick, the 2025 Nissan Armada comes fully refreshed with a more powerful engine, upgraded safety features, and the latest technology. While the Armada is a well-rounded SUV overall, certain differences between trims can help you decide which one suits your needs best. Two popular trims include the SV, which offers excellent value as the base model, and the SL, which includes more premium features and enhancements.
Performance
Both the SV and SL share the same performance specs. They feature a twin-turbo V6 engine that delivers up to 425 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque, paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, but four-wheel drive is available as an option on both trims to boost traction and capability.
Appearance
The SV and SL differ slightly in their exterior design. The SV rides on 18-inch alloy wheels, whereas the SL comes with larger 20-inch wheels for a more refined look. Both trims feature LED headlights, roof rails, and running boards for added convenience and style. Inside, the SL seats are upholstered in soft synthetic leather, enhancing comfort and luxury. The SL also offers an optional ProPilot Assist 2.1 package, which adds ambient interior lighting and additional technology features.
Features
The SL trim boasts a range of comfort and convenience features. These include an eight-way power driver's seat, tri-zone automatic climate control, and dual 12.3-inch screens for both the instrument cluster and infotainment. Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay come standard, along with a power-adjustable front passenger seat. Heated front seats and a heated steering wheel add extra comfort. The SL also includes a premium 12-speaker audio system, Alexa integration, and built-in navigation.
Both trims come equipped with numerous safety features. The SV includes adaptive cruise control, rear automatic braking, blind-spot intervention, rear cross-traffic alert, and lane centering. The SL adds a panoramic camera system and trailer backup assist to that list. Additional semi-autonomous driving aids are available for the SL via an optional package.
