Most Safety Technologies in Its Class

For 2021, the Rogue now includes the Nissan Safety Shield 360 suite of technologies as standard on all trim levels. The package includes: Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning, High Beam Assist and Rear Automatic Braking.

Performance

Thanks to an all-new platform, the 2021 Rogue offers enhanced driving dynamics. Reviewers say the crossover SUV now provides better handling, as well as better acceleration. Both the 2021 and 2020 Rogue use a 2.5-liter four-cylinder, but the 2021 powerplant delivers a bit more energy with 181 horsepower and 181 torque, compared to the previous 170 hp and 175 torque ratings. Even with a bump in power, Nissan says the 2021 Rogue will have a few more mpg than the 2020 model.

2021 Nissan Rogue vs. 2020 Nissan Rogue: Which Is Right for You?

The 2021 Nissan Rogue offers a gorgeous new design, more tech and convenience features, and improved handling which helps enhance the crossover's driving feel. The 2020 Rogue remains a great value with a well-equipped cabin, spacious cargo area, and strong fuel economy. Since it is outgoing, the 2020 model will also offer some deeper pricing discounts.
