2017 Nissan Altima Wins Top Award

Just recently, the 2017 Nissan Altima was named the top scoring midsize car in the Strategic Vision Total Quality Impact Awards. The 23rd annual Total Quality Impact report derives from the New Vehicle Experience Study, which surveys more than 42,000 new vehicle owners after the first 90 days of owning a new car.

According to the report, the award-winning Altima stood out in a variety of areas, including seat comfort, engineering and cabin versatility. The best-selling Altima is offered in 2.5 S, 2.5 SR, 2.5 SV, 2.5 SL and 3.5 SL. Standards include 16-inch steel wheels, push-button ignition, a six-way manually adjustable driver seat, Bluetooth and a four-speaker stereo system that delivers outstanding sound quality. Upper trims add leather upholstery, navigation and a premium Bose nine-speaker sound system.

The 2017 Altima is offered with the choice of two separate engines. The first is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder that deliver 179 horsepower and 177 pound-feet of torque. For more power, we recommend the 3.5-liter V6, which can produce up to 270 horsepower and 251 pound-feet of torque.
