Official Rules

  • Nominated individual/family must be a resident in the North Texas Area living within 100 miles of Nissan of McKinney.
  • If chosen to receive the free vehicle, this individual/family must be available to be presented their vehicle on December 24, 2009 at 5:00 pm CST on site at Nissan of McKinney, 3800 S. Central Expressway, McKinney, TX 75069.
  • Times are subject to change at Nissan of McKinney's discretion. If individual/family has no transportation to dealership, arrangements are available for person or persons to be picked up by a Nissan of McKinney representative that evening to receive their free vehicle.
  • Nominations will not be accepted or considered after 9 PM CST December 18, 2009.
  • Nissan of McKinney reserves the right to revise this giveaway at any given time or disband if they see fit without any prior notice.
  • Nissan of McKinney will choose a panel of judges at their discretion to pick the nominated family to receive the free vehicle.
  • Individual/family chosen to receive the free vehicle will be solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes (including vehicle tax, title, and license fees).
  • Please contact Nissan of McKinney with any questions on this event.
  • The winner must be at least 18 years old
  • The winner must have a current Texas driver's license
  • The winner is required to have liability insurance
  • The dealer will file IRS form 1099 on behalf of the winner
